About Shannon
Shannon has been involved in fitness for the past 15 years in competitive cheer leading, weight training and competing in provincial level fitness shows. She has been a personal trainer for 5 years and has worked with a diverse range of people. It is her passion to share the fun and benefits of fitness. She enjoys helping people with their fitness goals and showing them what they are capable of achieving with hard work and dedication.
Shannon is all about goal setting and making sure you reach them. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is or your age. We all have goals, whether it’s to run a marathon, be able to fit into those favorite pair of jeans again or simply having enough energy to play with your grandchildren. Shannon can help you achieve all of these things and more. Let her share her passion for fitness with you!
