Power Yoga

This is the morning you have been waiting for, a chance to start your day feeling strong, empowered, and totally at ease. You are ready for what the day has in store!

Restorative Yoga

Gift one hour to yourself – strengthen your muscles, bones and ligaments through long stretching holds. Work deep into the muscle fibres and connective tissues. Use your breath to build a strong body and mind.

Flow Stretch

Middle of your week – need a chance to rejuvenate and recharge? Learn to relax, release tension, calm the mind and much more. Relax your body and your spirit!

Karma Yoga **(Donation required)

Here is your chance to take care of you – while you help others. A dontation of a toonie allows us to send all the proceeds to the YWCA shelter for women to be used in any area of greatest need. Come out and enjoy this mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga and support a great cause.
